1. Overview

By placing an order with Blush Vault, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All products are shipped from US warehouses. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings or product batches.

3. Shipping

• We ship within the United States only
• Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days from order placement
• Shipping is free on all orders
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Contact us at orders@blushvault.shop to initiate a return
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blush Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
